RENTEX, a full service property management company , was originally established in 1984 to address the need for a professional, responsible management company to assist the numerous absentee landlords and relocating families who periodically move in and out of the Bath/Brunswick area. Property owners, who cannot stay in Maine, or even those that can, will feel assured that their homes or cottages will be well cared for.

We provide qualified tenants, accurate monthly and year-end statements, maintenance or repair service, and the experience necessary to handle just about any rental situation that may arise. We receive numerous rental requests from all over the country. RENTEX prides itself on providing quality rental housing for both short and long term tenants.
